Well, I'm supposed to be sharing the tease pics of The Texas Cow Jump, art quilt, but as you can see, you are looking at an egg instead. There are god reasons for this, and I will explain here soon enough. For now, the egg.
This one is in the egg show in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, also. B Bradford and I collaborated on this. If you look up vedette, you will get more meaning of the piece. Of course, some of you know the word already. This is a chicken egg. Some of the other eggs used were ostrich, emu, pheasant, guinea (sp?), and mallard.
Ok, The Texas Cow Jump, what happened with the pics. Well, it's like this. They are in the camera, the new one, the one with 9.0mp, the one for my anniversary, Christmas, and birthday, all-in-one camera. However, after you understand the bells and whistles, and download the accompanying CD, and clicked yes 5x, and no 1x, and I agree a few more times, and pick a password (typed 2x), it tells you, you need to purchase another cable before you DARE to plug that !@#%#! camera into the computer--anywhere. My question: so why sell it without it?!!! Like, Du-uu--u---uh!
As promised, the tease will begin when I find out which cable and have it in my hot little hand, I mean computer and camera. In the mean time, I will entertain you with a few more pics from the old pics. Let's see. Let me look in here, and under that. Hmmm, move these out of the way. And delete that. Yep, right over here. Uh-huh. Ok, tomorrow, I will add the next one.
