Here are three ideas to play with for art quilts. The top image is called Peanut Butter and Jelly. It has a bit of a knife showing in the upper left, but only enough to give a hint. The second image was called Lemon something or other, only I forgot the second word. It will come back to me. It could be hung horizontally or vertically, and will require two sleeves. The bottom image is not a vase, but just a doodle. It would look better in multiples, every other one inverted. The note reminds me to multiply the original idea by 3, 5, or 7 times.At least I have journaled something new. I have other ideas too, to add. Wouldn't it be neat to do a series of mini quilts, to look like homemade stamps, with art in mind? I will be looking into this idea throughout the year. Better get back to work creating some of these things. There are bound to be several more ideas on their heels.
